Tailored for SMEs, accountants, and bookkeepers, Mimo makes managing money-in and money-out seamless. 


Having seen an explosion of point solutions in the space over the last few years, Mimo has set out to reduce the number of tools and the associated costs required to understand and control money-in and money-out. 


We are a growing team of 20 dedicated professionals, and are excited to expand with our first dedicated Sales Lead for the Accountant & Bookkeeper ecosystem in the UK. We’re only 18 months old, but have secured funding from leading angels and top institutional investors.

Role overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts within the accountant and bookkeeper ecosystem in the UK. This is a pivotal role where you will independently own, manage, and execute end-to-end sales strategy & processes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving growth and establishing Mimo as a trusted partner within the ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the accountant and bookkeeper channel in the UK.

  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners and decision-makers within the industry.

  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Collaborate with our internal teams to align our solutions with market needs and customer requirements.

  • Provide market feedback and insights to continue shaping our product offering.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Mimo.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically selling into the accountant and bookkeeper channel in the UK.

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the accounting and bookkeeping industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passionate about fintech and eager to contribute to a growing company.
